AJIYA diversified into the safety glass processing business in 1996 through the setting up of Ajiya Safety Glass Sdn Bhd, under the brand name “AJIYA”. We produce tempered and laminated safety glass, insulating safety glass, decorative safety glass, heat strengthened glass, curve tempered safety glass. AJIYA Tempered Glass is heat treated glass. AJIYA Laminated Safety Glass is produced by permanently bonding two or more sheets of glass with one or more sheets of tough polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer under heat and pressure. AJIYA Insulating Energy-Saving Safety Glass Unit is constructed from two or more plies of glass, separated by a desiccant-filled spacer and sealed with sealant. AJIYA Decorative Coated Safety Glass is produced by applying ceramic or enamel paint onto the glass surface before being heat treated in a tempering furnace. They also have a range of blast and bullet resistant safety glass.
