Alaska Resources Sdn. Bhd. (“Alaska Resources”), the leading company of Alaska Group of Companies, was officially incorporated in the year of 2012 under Malaysia Companies Act 1965 (“Alaska Group”). Alaska Group has also successfully acquired few other companies to be part of the consistently expanding group. Prior to the official establishment and formation of Alaska Group, the key players among the management team have already set foot in the mining industry back in the year of 2005 while having the privilege to witness the rise and steady development of the mining industry in Malaysia and also globally, throughout the years. Bhd. has a strength force of around 120 staffs and personels comprising of experienced professional management team, Geologist, Engineers, Operation Managers and Planning Engineers as well as other supporting staffs from all levels as the group is constantly increasing and expanding amidst the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.
