APM is the property management arm of ARA and it provides property management services for different asset classes and across different geographies in Asia Pacific. Its operations currently span Singapore, China, Malaysia and Australia, and it manages approximately 24.1 million square feet of retail, commercial and logistics properties. These include 11.1 million square feet of retail, commercial and logistics properties in Singapore, 6.5 million square feet of prime retail and commercial space in Shanghai, Dalian and Beijing in China, approximately 2.4 million square feet of retail properties in Kuala Lumpur, Perak and Selangor in Malaysia, and approximately 4.3 million square feet of retail, commercial and logistics properties in Australia. APM’s strengths lie in strategic marketing, retail business and office leasing as well as large-scale project management. Development planning, retail advisory and consultancy, mall repositioning and pre-opening services are some of the value-added services that it provides in delivering its asset enhancement strategies. The collaboration between Amax Real Estate Sdn Bhd, Amax Valuers Sdn Bhd and Amax Property Management Sdn Bhd (previously known as Allworth Real Estate, Allworth Valuers, Allworth Property Management) and ARE Property Pty Ltd (Australia) were established in September 2014, managed by Dr. Andy Low, Mr Jeffrey Ong and Ms. Jolene Teo.
