AWC Berhad, an investment holding company listed on the Main Board of the KL Stock Exchange, specializes in quality engineering services. AWC Berhad has three core divisions; Engineering, Facilities and Environment. The Engineering division, through its subsidiary M&C Engineering and Trading Sdn Bhd, offers services in HVAC, Building Automation, Security, Safety & Crisis Management, and Fire Protection. M&C also provides integration of key facility systems that manage electrical distribution, lighting, air-conditioning and security. The Facilities division, established in 1998, offers one-stop integrated facilities management (IFM) services. The Environment division markets a proprietary brand, STREAM, which uses pneumatic technology for waste collection. AWC has secured a RM48.57 million contract to provide facilities management and maintenance services at Menara Seri Wilayah in Putrajaya.
