BERJAYA RETAIL SDN. BHD. (B-Retail) was incorporated in Malaysia on 8 June 2009 and acquired the entire equity interests in Singer and 7-Eleven. It operates the 7-Eleven chain of convenience stores in Malaysia and markets consumer durable products under the Singer Group. The company was granted the right to establish and operate 7-Eleven convenience stores and to grant sub-franchises to franchisees who will operate 7-Eleven convenience stores solely in Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam. Singer (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is engaged in the marketing and direct selling of consumer durables.
