EBI started as a private limited company on 27th December 2007, registered company under Companies Commission of Malaysia (Co. 800900-H) and also registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (No. 357-02124927). In June 2012, EBI has been accredited with ISO 9001:2008 covering Call Centre Operation, Maintenance and Services of Computer Hardware and Software Application as well as Provider of Information and Data Management Services. Then in September 2018 we upgraded our ISO to ISO 9001:2015 covering 'Provision of Support for Call Centre Operation, Total ICT, Telecommunication and Engineering (Hardware and Software Solution), Maintenance and Services As Well As Provider of Information and Data Management Service’ EBI’s expertise lies in providing customers the best of services, supported through the right mixture of human capital, well defined processes and latest technologies.
