Erodromo Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in November 2010 with the vision of contributing towards global mobility via exploitation of technological advancements in advanced materials such as composites (Carbon Fiber & Glass Fiber, etc.) and automated aircraft structural manufacturing equipment. Erodromo began its aerospace journey in Malaysia by entering the ecosystem as a 3rd tier value-added master distributor of special machine tool solutions to produce, inspect and assemble composite and metallic aerostructures. Presently, Erodromo's Headquarters is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and complementarily provides aftersales service level support and maintenance provisions from its technical services and CNC machining and engineering depot in Durian Tunggal, Melaka. Correspondingly, Erodromo operates a branch sales office at Jl. Teratai at Blok F No. 1, Tanjung Barat Indah, Jagakarsa, Jakarta 12530 – Indonesia. Erodromo has gained substantial aerospace manufacturing savoir faire working in concert with domain experts and 1st tier customers such as UTAS. Erodromo capitalizes on its principals’ domain knowledge of designing, developing and customized aerospace manufacturing solutions to fabricate and assemble complex and semi contoured composite and metal aerostructures. Consequently, Erodromo has ventured to establish itself as a second (2nd) tier manufacturer of complex and flat aerostructure components and parts both composite and metallic as well as sub-assembly capabilities. For this purpose, Erodromo has established QTD Aerosturctures Sdn. Bhd. and PT Aerodromo Nusantara Indonesia, both companies solely focused on producing the aerospace industries most advanced aerostructures. Erodromo's first aerospace composite manufacturing factory has been conceived within Composite City Melaka, Hang Tuah Jaya, 76100 Durian Tunggal, Melaka; a joint collaboration with University Technology Malaysia (UTEM) – a Center of Excellence (COE) and Teaching Factory model. Erodromo intends to contribute to the international aerospace ecosystem by leveraging and expanding on R&D, technological advancements, technology transfer and commercialization, and collaborations cross the globe. Erodromo’s global alliances have afforded the company considerable acceleration and value in terms of optimizing legacy and new aerospace part designs, vis-a-vis continuous process improvement, cutting edge automation, high productivity and capacity as well as quality repeatability.
