In early 1997, the company underwent a restructing exercise resulting in the formation of FAA Corporate Services Sdn Bhd and later FAAR Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd. FAAR Corporate Advisory Sdn. Bhd. provides Company Secretarial Services, including Formation of Companies (Locally & Offshore), Shelf/Ready Made Companies, and secretarial matters in accordance with the Companies Act, 1965. They also handle Maintaining Statutory Books, Documents & Registers, Attending to Exco, Board, Annual General Meeting & General Meeting.
