Falida Motor Sdn Bhd (FM) was established in 1981 by our founder, the late Datuk Ibrahim Abdullah. We are a member of Persatuan Pengimport Dan Peniaga Kenderaan Melayu Malaysia (PEKEMA) and have been involved in the import and trading of new and used ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) cars ever since. Current 2 showrooms are located at Kota Kinabalu (HQ) and Damansara. FM has been recognised by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) as one of the few Class-A Approved Permit holders since 2009. In August 2022, FM initiated the sales of brand-new Tesla EV in Sabah. FM was the first Sabah imported car dealer to establish a presence in Peninsular Malaysia. FM Autohaus Sdn Bhd, a 4S Centre, was appointed the sole distributor of BMW, BMW Motorrad, MINI and Rolls Royce in Sabah. FM Autohaus Sdn Bhd won the Best Aftersales Award for BMW Motorrad at the BMW International Dealer Convention in Lisbon, Portugal. FM was awarded “Excellence in Luxury Vehicle Importer” by the Malay Chamber of Commerce and “Luxury Automotive Excellence Global Responsibility Award” by the Institute of Sustainability SDG.
