Gelanggang Kencana is not only focusing its research on zeolites and nanostructured materials, but also in the development and commercialization of zeolites, nanostructured materials, and nanomaterials based on silica from rice husk ash. Due to technological constraints of silica sources, Gelanggang Kencana has developed indigenous technology in the synthesis and preparation of Maerogel (silica aerogel from rice husk), zeolites, and functionalized nanostructured materials. Gelanggang Kencana is engaged in researching and developing cleaner, greener and safer chemicals for global potential industrial use. Gelanggang Kencana has synthesized and produced numerous zeolites, nanostructured materials and catalysts, including Maerogel (silica aerogel from rice husk), undergoing pilot plant scale and commercialization production.Category
