Jesselton Waterfront Holdings is a property development company under the Jesselton Group which diversifies in property development, investments and resort management. The Group was established by Tan Sri Datuk David Chu in 2010 with a defining move to construct its first development in Kota Kinabalu’s prime city centre – Jesselton Residences, a waterfront mixed development with a GDV of RM800 million comprising of luxury residential condominiums with a premium lifestyle mall. In line with its vision to create evolutionary buildings and contribute to the property development of Sabah, Jesselton Group will be launching its latest iconic development – Jesselton Twin Towers, a dual block high-end residential condominium with a GDV of RM900 million which will be the tallest building in Borneo upon its completion.
