JOHOR CENTRE FOR CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD (JCCD) was incorporated on May 23, 2017, as a subsidiary of PERMODALAN DARUL TAKZIM. It was established by the Johor State Government to develop and empower the competency level of Johor contractors. JCCD is responsible for creating a database for Johor contractors to monitor and strengthen the construction industry while empowering the quality of contractors throughout Johor. JCCD aims to empower Johor contractors by implementing and supervising contractor development programs focusing on increasing capacity, increasing opportunities, and improving the industrial environment. It also serves as a management center for information and a reference source for the industry, agencies, and Johor contractors, and facilitates interactions between the industry, agencies, and contractors in all fields, including funds and expert services. JCCD focuses on registered contractors in Johor for High Performance Development programs to improve technical expertise, management skills and exposure to mega projects in Johor.
