Malaysian Phosphate Additives Sdn Bhd (MPA) was incorporated in May 2001 for the manufacture and marketing of feed and fertilizer phosphate products. MPA has a 30,000 MTPA phosphate plant in Lumut, Perak, Malaysia, which commenced operations in 2005 and is the pioneer in the manufacturing of feed phosphate in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. MPA produces its feed phosphate using fertilizer grade phosphoric acid and high-grade limestone. MPA has expanded its product range to include feed, food and fertilizer phosphate. The Lumut Plant is strategically located for the import of bulk raw materials and export of finished products. MPA is also involved in a joint venture with Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad (CMS) and Tradewinds Plantation Sdn Bhd (TPB) through the incorporation of Malaysian Phosphate Additives (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd (MPAS) to construct a new Integrated Phosphate plant in Samalaju Industrial Park in Sarawak.Category
