They build budget shopping centers and bazaar spaces to offer ideal platforms for small business budgets. Key focuses include building and adding value to existing portfolios, creating exciting shopping experiences, and providing comprehensive mall management services. The company has a portfolio of strategic lands across Malaysia, an e-commerce platform (moora.com.my) and also one of the largest kids indoor play centres (Moora Kidz Jungle, USJ). The Moora USJ Wholesale City Mall has 600 retail lots, a playground, and a food court.
