In addition, the companies also deal in surface treatment, electrolysis nickel plating, chrome plating, electroplating, and anodizing metal or like substances. It operates in Manufacturing segment comprises of manufacturing of high volume precision components and tools including design, other related activities, and incidental services which also contributes a major part of revenue, and Investing segment comprises of Investment holding and provision of management services. Notion Group is a global supplier of high quality and precision-machined components. Established in 1995, Notion Group has a staff count of over 2,500 people from locations in Selangor and Johor. It has a manufacturing facility in Ayuthaya, Thailand. Notion Vtec Berhad operates in four segments: Hard Disk Drive (HDD), Automotive Industry Components, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), and Camera/Industrial (CI). The HDD segment specializes in the design and mass production of high-precision metal components for HDDs. The Automotive Industry Components segment focuses on electronic braking system components. The EMS segment encompasses metal fabrication, laser cutting, robotic laser welding, surface finishing, extrusion technology, and various engineering processes such as casting, stamping, and machining. The CI segment involves the manufacturing of camera barrels and lens mounts.
