PANCAR Academy was established in 2010 as an Occupational Skills Academy in the northern region of Malaysia, offering nationally recognized qualifications. It is the first Cellular Phone Repair Academy, providing industry-focused phone repair training designed to reflect current technology changes in the mobile phone industry. PANCAR Academy was awarded as the First Mobile Repair Academy to Provide National Dual Training System (SLDN) Programme in Malaysia, recognized by the Malaysia Book of Records 2022. The academy provides opportunities for students to learn professional mobile phone repair courses with the National Occupational Skills Standard Certified. PANCAR's mission includes providing an alternative path for young people without academic backgrounds to become skilled workers, improving lives, and establishing a supply chain of skilled craftsmen. The academy is located in Arau, Perlis and is recognized by JPK Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran Kementerian Sumber Manusia, Malaysia.
