Reach Energy Berhad (“Reach Energy”) is an Oil and Gas Exploration & Production (“E&P”) Company that was incorporated in Malaysia on 7 February 2013 and listed. Reach Energy is an investment holding company, engages in the exploration, development, production, and sale of crude oil and other petroleum products in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and internationally. The company holds a 100% working interest in the Emir-Oil concession block covering an area of approximately 850.3 square kilometers located in the Mangystau Oblast in the southwestern region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Reach Energy is now a full-fledged Shariah-compliant independent oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) firm with a maiden oilfield asset in Kazakhstan.
