Salient Pyramid Sdn Bhd, under the guidance of Kayumanis Group, is a property development company established in 2004 by Mr. Jonathan Liew and Mr. Michael Liew. It initially focused on property development, project management, and property investments. The company's inaugural project, Merdu Idaman Townvillas in Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara, was completed in 2007. Over the years, Salient Pyramid has expanded its portfolio to encompass various property types, such as townhouses, semi-detached houses, bungalows, and commercial developments across the Klang Valley. In addition to developing its own projects, the company offers project management services.
